This was a great purchase. Having only carried out one season of Triathlons so far, I'm still buying kit to make it all as enjoyable as possible. I have decided to steer away from the one piece suit as a short and top combo leaves more options.The delivery was efficient even though they travelled across the Atlantic from America to Britain. (Do I qualify as a Trans-Atlantic competitor)?Didn't think so!I have worn them through training and for two Duathlons so far, one of which was in torrential rain. I have to say that after the initial new feeling that you would expect with any new cloths etc, the shorts aren't in my mind. That means that they are doing their job letting me concentrate on things like.....Staying on top of the water, cycling or catching that dude in front of me.Great fitMaterial is of good quality and feels up to the job hugging all areas comortablyPadding is a perfect balance between giving comfort on the bike while maintaining freedom running.The silicone sections at the hem on the thighs work well to keep them in place through all areas of transitionThe high back is comfortable and helps to keep your lower back protected from the cold while in a cycling positionBack to the padding........ It is not in my mind at all while running. (which was a pleasant surprise)The little pocket on the rear is great for a key. Also, a mobile phone fits in quite comfortably (HTC Desire - or I Phone). I haven't tried running with one in the pocket though so can't comment on that!There is a good balance in the transfers design. Not too heavy:) and they are holding up well during washes etc.Great quality product! An essential for my second season as me and my Trans-Atlantic shorts endeavour to take on the tri world. Highly Recommended!
