If you're looking for more bottom coverage in your maternity swimwear, then these maternity swim shorts are a great solution. Made of stretchy Nylon/Xtra Life Lycra, which that resists chlorine 5 times longer than regular spandex fabric. The fold over panel can be worn up over the belly or folded down to sit under the belly. The stretchy attached brief make these swim shorts as easy to wear as they are comfortable. A perfect look with our coordinating Mermaid Maternity tankini tops and swim shirts (sold separately). Fabric is Nylon/Xtra Life Lycra. Lining is Polyester/Spandex. Hand wash. Air dry. To select your size: Generally, you should order your pre-pregnancy size. Pre-pregnancy 4-6 is size small, 8-10 is medium, 12-14 is large, 16-18 is XL, 20 is XXL, and 22 is 2X. Also, consider your current hip measurement (stand with feet together and measure around fullest part of hips). Our size small best accommodates a hip measurement of 38-39.5 inches. For medium, hips are 40-42 inches. For large, hips are 42.5-44.5 inches. For XL, hips are 45-47 inches. For XXL, hips are 48-50 inches. For 2X, hips are 49-51 inches . I was really pleased with this purchase. It fit, looked cute, and made me look pregnant when regular clothes still just made me look chubby. The only thing I would change is that I'd probably have preferred a bit more length, but that's more of a personal preference. It covers a bit less than half my thigh - and I'm only 5'2". I would've preferred 1/2 to 2/3 of my thigh. Still, it did fit well and felt secure and cute. I wore this over the summer from about 3 to 5 months pregnant. I didn't get very large during that time, but the skirt still held up super well. No issues.
